About the role
Own the people relationship for a portfolio of outsourcing clients, from onboarding to performance and exit.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations for assigned client accounts
- Drive onboarding, confirmations, disciplinary matters and exits
- Report monthly on headcount, attrition and engagement
Requirements
- 5+ years HR generalist experience
- CIPM membership (or in view)
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour law
