RIL taps new outsourcing practices to support businesses

At the company’s sixteenth anniversary, co-founder and then Managing Director Olusoji Oyawoye reflected on RIL’s growth from a three-person Lagos start-up to an employer of thousands across Nigeria and Ghana.

The report also notes RIL’s contribution to professionalising outsourcing through initiatives such as the Outsourcing Expo and its support for careers and education programmes.
