RIL announces leadership transition as Olusoji Oyawoye retires

The Guardian reports on Olusoji Oyawoye’s retirement and the appointment of Ademolasoye Awonaike as Managing Director and CEO.

Resource Intermediaries Limited announced the retirement of co-founder and Managing Director Olusoji Oyawoye, effective 6 December 2024.

The Board appointed Ademolasoye Awonaike as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. A pioneer staff member who joined in 2006, he brought extensive institutional knowledge to the role.

The transition was designed to provide continuity as RIL continued to grow its outsourcing and consulting practice.
